Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days from our US warehouse. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us at support@rawlifemd.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it, but you can return it under our 30-day guarantee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to Canada, UK, and Australia soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at RawLife.com/pages/track-order by entering your order number and email address.

Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch of every RawLife product is independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories for purity, potency, and safety. We test for heavy metals, microbial contamination, and verify that what's on the label is what's in the product.
Are your supplements vegan?
Most of our supplements are 100% vegan, including our Greens Superfood, Plant Proteins, Ashwagandha Complex, and all oral strips. Our Omega-3 capsules contain fish oil and our Colostrum Powder is derived from bovine sources. Each product page clearly lists all ingredients and dietary information.
Do your products contain allergens?
We formulate to avoid common allergens whenever possible. Most products are free from gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts. However, some products are manufactured in facilities that also process these allergens. Please check the specific product page and label for detailed allergen information.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes. All RawLife products are made with non-GMO ingredients. We source organic ingredients wherever possible and never use genetically modified organisms in our formulations.
Where are your products made?
All RawLife products are formulated and manufactured in the USA in GMP-certified (Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities. Our raw ingredients are sourced globally from trusted, vetted suppliers who meet our strict quality standards.
Can I take multiple RawLife products together?
Yes! Our products are designed to complement each other. Popular stacks include Greens Superfood + Plant Protein for a complete morning nutrition shake, and Ashwagandha + Omega-3 for stress and brain health. If you're on prescription medication, consult your healthcare provider before adding new supplements.

How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe & Save delivers your favorite products automatically every 30, 60, or 90 days at a 15% discount. You choose the frequency, and we handle the rest. Your subscription renews automatically, and you'll be charged and shipped on your selected schedule.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can pause deliveries, skip a month, change products, adjust frequency, or cancel entirely at any time. There are no commitments, penalties, or hidden fees.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes. Log into your account, go to Subscriptions, and you can swap products, change quantities, or add new items to your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You'll be charged on the same date each cycle (30, 60, or 90 days from your last order). You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge so you have time to make any changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. No questions asked — we want you to feel confident trying RawLife.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@rawlifemd.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the product back, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Can I return opened products?
Yes. We understand you need to try a product to know if it works for you. You can return opened/partially used products within 30 days. We believe in our products and want you to try them risk-free.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you have a physical store?
RawLife is an online-only brand. This allows us to cut out retail markups and pass the savings directly to you. All orders ship directly from our warehouse to your door.
How can I contact customer support?
You can reach us at support@rawlifemd.com or through our Contact page. Our support team responds within 24 hours on business days. For urgent orders, mention "URGENT" in your subject line.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes! If you're interested in stocking RawLife products in your gym, clinic, wellness center, or retail location, contact us at support@rawlifemd.com with subject "Wholesale Inquiry" and we'll send you our wholesale catalog and pricing.

Is my payment information secure?
